Arvind Sarin is the Chairman & CEO of Dallas-based Copper Digital, a leading enterprise-centric mobile development firm that helps companies solve their business challenges with cutting-edge mobile solutions. He consults regularly with executive leadership from worldwide customers to help create their mobile roadmap and strategy. His experience covers a wide variety of customers—VISA, Verizon, US Army, CISCO, eBay, Westinghouse Electric, Ciena, Texas Health Resources—but generally focuses on ROI based and productivity related enterprise apps that make business sense.

Prior to starting Copper Digital, he ran the mobile division for a Dallas-Chennai based software-outsourcing company and spent three years prior at Fujitsu Network Communications in software development. He has lectured about mobile apps and its impact in Healthcare at UT Southwestern and HIMSS Annual conference.

Raised in New Delhi, India, Arvind now lives and works in Dallas. At work, he enjoys inspiring his team and in his spare time his interest lies in traveling the world and exploring new scientific ways to improve our quality of conscious experience. He received a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

While his experience covers a wide variety of partners — FirstData, Western Union, Barclays, Verizon, Ciena, Unilever, etc. — he generally focuses on revenue generating, enterprise-grade apps in the eCommerce and financial verticals.Prior to joining his brother in founding Copper Digital, he worked as a technology research analyst for an India-based patent outsourcing company working on mobile and multi-touch technology patents. He has mentored more than 100 mobile app developers and successfully delivered 20+ apps. Raised in New Delhi, India, Aakash received his Master and Bachelor of Technology degrees from IIT Madras, India and now resides in Dallas, TX.At work, he enjoys writing code for world-class mobile projects; in his spare time, his interest lies in the emerging, fast-growing video gaming community.

As a member of Copper Mobile’s Board of Advisors, Mike Bishop assists the executive team by sharing insights he has gained during more than 20 years of business management and technical leadership experience. As an engineer, systems architect, and business owner, he has led research, design, development, integration, and support service contracts with the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, various special operations groups, and numerous government agencies. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Sayres and Associates Corp, headquartered adjacent to the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C.

Following Mike’s military service as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division during the 1990s, his corporate roles have included Chief of Staff, Managing Director, Chief Systems Architect, and President. He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and an M.S. in human performance from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Mike enjoys time with this wife outside his professional life, building furniture, tinkering with embedded electronics, playing musical instruments, riding motorcycles, and aviation. He and his wife live near Nashville, TN, with their Catahoula Leopard Dog, Cody.

Ninish, over his 20-year career, has managed Product & Engineering teams at well-known brands like Bank of America, Ally Bank, Green Dot, eHarmony, and Experian. He has experience driving the company’s migration to the public Cloud and building Enterprise Data Warehouses for Business Intelligence, AI, and Machine Learning.

Ninish earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University.

Michael Peterson has been involved in the R&D and Product Development process for over 35 years, playing key roles in introducing innovative products. He is currently the Principal Partner in Mozero Consulting, supporting companies needing product development and project management insight.

Previously he was with Merz Aesthetics, serving as VP & Chief Technology Officer for the Merz Device Innovation Center.

He was the Vice President of R&D at Ulthera, Inc. before Merz acquired it in 2014. Mike has spent the last 20 years in the medical device space after leading R&D, Product Development, and Project Management functions in various industries, including aerospace, semi-conductor, and retail products.

He was the VP of R&D when Select Comfort (AIRB) went public in 1998 and has been recognized as a “Distinguished Corporate Inventor” by the American Society of Patent Holders due to his product patents in multiple industries. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace & Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.

He also sits on the Board of Directors for Cytrellis, Inc., a medical device start-up.
