About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely follow-ups.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist with interview scheduling.
2. Onboarding & Orientation:
- Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires.
- Support new employee orientation sessions and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Assist with updating and maintaining employee records in the HR system.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help distribute and analyze employee feedback surveys.
- Assist with initiatives that promote a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain and organize HR files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Assist with updating and improving HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
5. Learning & Development:
- Support the coordination of training sessions and development workshops.
- Track attendance and gather feedback from participants.
- Assist with researching and implementing development programs for employees.
6. Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Any prior HR internship experience or coursework is a plus.
