About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The position offers a potential permanent role within the company based on performance, providing a fast-track pathway to launch your HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist with interview scheduling.

2. Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires.
  • Support new employee orientation sessions and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining employee records in the HR system.

3. Employee Engagement:

  • Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help distribute and analyze employee feedback surveys.
  • Assist with initiatives that promote a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.

4. HR Administration:

  • Maintain and organize HR files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Assist with updating and improving HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

5. Learning & Development:

  • Support the coordination of training sessions and development workshops.
  • Track attendance and gather feedback from participants.
  • Assist with researching and implementing development programs for employees.

6. Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Any prior HR internship experience or coursework is a plus.
