Under his leadership, MCG experienced significant growth, expanding more than twenty times from 2002 to 2023. In 2012, MCG was acquired by Hearst. Before joining MCG, Mr. Shreve spent over 25 years with Milliman, where he held the positions of Equity Principal and Consulting Actuary. During his time at Milliman, he led or sponsored twenty other practices and served on Milliman’s Board of Directors. Mr. Shreve’s leadership at MCG has been recognized, with Glassdoor naming him one of the Top 50 CEOs for Medium and Small Businesses in 2018, and MCG being recognized as a Best Place to Work in 2024.
