- Write engaging and informative content for a variety of platforms, including website pages, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, video descriptions, and more.
- Research and gather information on a wide range of topics to inform and support written content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and strategies.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and accuracy.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that all content meets high standards.
Required Skill Set:
- Experience as an effective content creator for Software/IT services companies, writing for B2B audiences.
- Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of services and technologies offered.
- Strong writing skills and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt to various tones and styles
- Excellent research and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
